MALAMA PATHWAYS

Our Story

Mālama Pathways was founded on the belief that every person deserves dignity, and every community deserves care. Our name comes from the Hawaiian word "mālama," which means to take care of, preserve, and protect… principles that guide everything we do.

We work at the intersection of community safety and social healing. By employing individuals who are rebuilding their lives, we create a dual impact: cleaner, safer neighborhoods and meaningful pathways out of homelessness, poverty, and the justice system.

Mission Statement

Mālama Pathways is dedicated to creating safe, clean, and welcoming public spaces while providing purpose, training, and second chances for individuals rebuilding their lives. Through outreach, beautification, and workforce development, we bring dignity, safety, and aloha to every community we serve.

To restore dignity, opportunity, and hope across communities through compassion, care, and meaningful employment.
